Volunteers are the backbone of our booster organization. There are a variety of opportunities to get involved and make a difference in the lives of our band students. Your help is needed in a variety of volunteer roles, including prop building, uniforms, Pit Crew and more. Let us know your interest and availability and we'll find a volunteer opportunity for you!
how to volunteer
- Complete the DVUSD Volunteer Training (only required once). Refer to the DVUSD Volunteer Training Calendar linked above or contact committees@eagleprideband.org for training opportunities.
- Contact O'Connor Campus Volunteer Coordinator (Shelley.Low@dvusd.org) to schedule time to complete annual volunteer registration.
- Go to the Chat section of Team App and check Volunteer Sign Up for volunteer opportunities.
The following requirements are conditional. Food Handler's Certificate is only required when you volunteer to serve food. Fingerprint Clearance Card is only required when you volunteer to chaperone an overnight trip.
- Obtain an AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Livescan Fingerprinting. Follow the link above for fingerprint location and payment information.
- Obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler's Certificate and submit a copy of the card to committees@eagleprideband.org.
