Bryan is a fourth-year band parent and proud supporter of the O'Connor Bands program. He's worn many booster hats in his first three years, including band photographer and videographer, social media coordinator, and proud member of the Water Crew. His love of all things marching band started in the 80s as a member of mighty Merced Marching 100. His wife Debra was a career teacher who now works in respite care. His daughter Maggie is a senior, flute section leader, and member of the Indoor Percussion ensemble. His son Carter is an OC junior, member of the Academy of Civic Engagement, and Talon staff writer. All three are Disney fanatics! Bryan's goals for the O'Connor Booster program includes maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and sustainable booster organization and fostering an atmosphere in which band members can thrive and excel. This will be Becky's 3rd year in the SDOHS Band program. Becky is a former color guard member of the Coronado Don's Marching Band and has enjoyed the life long friendships that she gained from the experience. Now her 16 year-old son Rex is enjoying the experience of band in percussion. Rex has had the opportunity to participate in Marching Band, Concert, Symphonic and Indoor Percussion.  One of the best things about band is that you instantly know 120 friends on the high school campus! Becky enjoys volunteering and helping to provide a space that encourages positive relationships, growth and opportunities for our students. You can find her buzzing around the various band events or the practice field to help move the program along.  Don't be surprised if she approaches you and asks you "where would you like to volunteer today?" Outside of band, Becky is a Hospital Social Worker and has been with John C Lincoln Hospital for 23 years. She enjoys hiking in the beautiful desert of Arizona.  Loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Brielle Caddell is looking forward to serving on the Band Booster Board as a Fundraising Co-

Chair for the 2025/2026 school year. Her son Tanner is a Sophomore and a trumpet player, as well as a 4th generation marching band kid. This band has had such a positive impact on his life, as well as hers. Last year, Brielle loved volunteering any chance she could get as Band Nurse. It was obvious to her that this was a special community with bright and talented students. She is also honored to be the First Aid Lead for this season. She currently works as a Hospice Nurse with a background in Pediatrics, Trauma ER, and ICU nursing. Having been able to see how much support is needed for the success of this band, she felt it was important to step up and serve on the Board.

 Heather is a proud mom of two sons, both members of the SDOHS Marching Band trumpet section.  Going into her fourth year as a band parent, she is dedicated to supporting the band program through community engagement and fundraising initiatives that help students thrive both on and off the field/stage.  Heather is a church musician and serves on the executive boards of the Phoenix Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota and the Central Arizona Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.  Her musical activities began with piano lessons followed by all things band in 4th-12th grades.  She continued music in college as a double major in music education and organ performance, earning a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Music, and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in organ performance.  Her enthusiasm, kindness, and collaborative spirit help make the band program feel like a true family.

Jane jumped right in as a freshman parent and supported the band, color guard, and indoor percussion. She volunteered for football games, competitions, car washes, and more. She has ten plus years of experience as the Treasurer for non-profit organizations, including Centennial HS Booster Club, Sunburst Soccer Club, and Hillcrest Middle School. 

She's been volunteering for thirty plus years for multiple types of non-profit organizations. She is dedicated to optimizing the financial well-being of the SDOHS Band Booster Club. She really enjoys supporting the band members, director, and the board/boosters.

Taffery is a mom to three kids, one of which will be a senior during the 2026-2027 school year.  This will be Taffery's fourth year involved with the SDOHS band program and has volunteered in a variety of areas.  She is most often found in the uniform room, working to make sure things are ready for the kids to look their best.  One of her favorite parts about this band is seeing how the kids learn to be amazing people, in addition to amazing musicians.  Taffery has served on a PTSA board as a treasurer at a DVUSD elementary school and has worked in public health for over 20 years. She enjoys being an active member in her church and in her community.

 Marie is a proud mom of three, with two kids currently part of the Sandra Day O’Connor High School Marching Band, both playing tuba. Going into her fourth year as a band parent, she enjoys being involved with the band community and helping out when she can. Outside of band life, Marie is a baker and cake decorator who loves combining creativity and detail in her work. Between busy band seasons, family life, and baking, she enjoys being part of the memories and experiences that make the marching band community special.

Chris is a 2nd year band parent in the EPMB program. Chris really enjoyed his 1st year getting involved with many band activities. He especially enjoyed working with the pit crew. His son Joshua marched in the baritone section this past year and will play his preferred trombone during this upcoming season. He will be the co-section leader for the baritone/trombone section. Joshua was in the Symphonic band this year and will be promoted to the Wind Ensemble for his sophomore year. Chris has been involved with many non-profit organizations over the years taking part in leadership roles and fundraising. He is a financial administrator for Glendale Christian Church and does maintenance on his family rental properties. Chris is really looking forward to being a Booster Rep for this awesome program!

My wife Jennifer and I have been around the SDOHS band program for the last 3 years, when our daughter Kennedy (Senior) started her freshman year on color guard. Last year our son Zac (Sophomore) joined the program playing saxophone. I have enjoyed watching the program from afar but felt like I wanted to get more involved.  Last year, I joined the props & pit crew. I loved watching all the effort that Mr Cilone, his staff, the boosters, and our kids put into this program.  It was inspiring and made me want to help support this amazing organization any way I could. This year, I am very excited to have the opportunity to be more involved by helping out the program in Props, Pit Crew, Traditions and as a member of the board, as a booster representative.
