NOTE: TICKET SALES ARE FOR ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All raffle participants are required to provide their name, address, E-Mail, phone number, and student affiliation (if any) in the notes section of the Paypal payment screen.
- All purchasers will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase to receive their digital ticket and/or to make arrangements to receive a physical ticket.
- Winners are responsible for all tax liability & complete and sign all necessary tax forms.
- Winners must pick up the cash prize in person from Band Boosters within 1 week of drawing.
- Winners will be drawn & announced on www.eagleprideband.org & Facebook page once all 400 tickets are sold.
- If the 400 ticket sale goal is not met by 1/31/2024, purchasers will be issued a full refund.
- Purchasers can track the ticket sale goal by clicking on the PayPal link and viewing the fundraiser tracking bar, viewing the weekly FB live updates on the OC Band Semi Fundraiser page (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089999916123), or checking the 3D Trailer ticket tracker in the OC Band room.
- Winners consent to any and all publication/media/marketing usage of name and likeness for 2023/2024.
